Machine Operator
Join our dynamic team where each candidate starts in the Shipping department for 2-3 days to gain a comprehensive understanding of daily operations. Following this training, you will transition to your respective role, whether it be Saw Operating, General Labor, Shipping, or Forklift Operating. Responsibilities: Identify, measure, and cut materials. Clean materials after cuts. Collaborate effectively in a team environment. Read tape measures and understand calipers and micrometers. Perform basic math calculations. Lift up to 50 lbs consistently. Undergo training and certification for forklift operations. Maintain a high level of work ethic and stay actively engaged throughout the day. Essential Skills: Proficiency with tape measures and calipers (tape measure test required). Manufacturing experience. Ability to operate machines, including production, drill press, and inspection equipment. Experience with hand tools, grinding, machine shops, CNC, and blueprint reading. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Forklift operating experience. General labor skills. Fork truck proficiency. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
