We're seeking a hands-on, high-energy Head of Marketing to own and scale our global marketing strategy. This role is ideal for a creative, resourceful marketer who thrives in startup environments, moves fast, and can balance strategy with execution. You'll be building the marketing function with a small but mighty team - rolling up your sleeves to deliver results while shaping the company's brand, growth engine, and go-to-market play Role Responsibilities Own and evolve the company's marketing vision and roadmap, aligning tightly with product and revenue goals. Build and develop a small, high-impact marketing team, starting with our current team of two. Serve as a strategic thought partner to executive leadership, especially Sales, Product, and Customer Success. Develop and manage the overall marketing budget and KPIs. Product & Growth Marketing Define positioning and messaging for Flow360, Tidy3D, and PhotonForge tailored to core industries: aerospace, automotive, photonics, semiconductors, and academia. Lead go-to-market strategy and execution - forecast adoption, define pricing inputs, and drive launch milestones. Own demand generation and pipeline creation across field and partner channels - measured against revenue impact. Develop sales enablement assets to support prospecting, closing, and upselling. Campaigns & Content Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (including performance marketing) that build brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate qualified pipeline. Own the creation of compelling, technically accurate collateral - blog posts, white papers, web copy, pitch decks, and ROI calculators. Build and maintain a clear and differentiated brand voice, emphasizing Flexcompute's unique capabilities: GPU acceleration, cloud-native scaling, workflow automation, and total cost reduction. Voice of the Customer & Market Intelligence Build systems to continuously gather insights from users, customers, and the field. Stay on top of market trends, customer pain points, and the competitive landscape - and translate these into actionable marketing strategies. Be the internal expert on our ideal customer profile (ICP), use cases, and buying personas. Feed customer and market insights back into Product and GT
