Interview Scheduling & Coordination: Manage high-volume interview scheduling across multiple time zones and stakeholders, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and interviewers. Candidate Experience: Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive experience. Recruiter Support: Partner with recruiters to manage pipelines, track candidate progress, and assist with offer coordination and onboarding logistics. Stakeholder Communication: Build strong relationships with hiring managers, interviewers, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely feedback. Event & Program Support: Assist with recruiting events, career fairs, and networking meetups to promote the Adecco brand and attract top talent. Reporting & Data Management: Run regular and ad hoc reports on recruiting metrics, maintain accurate data in ATS, and identify areas for process improvement. HR & Benefits Knowledge: Be a resource for candidates and new hires regarding basic HR policies, benefits, and compensation questions. Requirements
Exceptional organizational and time management skills Strong written and verbal communication Customer service mindset with a focus on candidate experience Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) Bachelor's Degree Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a tech or startup environment Familiarity with recruiting tools and systems Event planning or employer branding experience Pay details: $43.53 per hour.
