Length: 3-6 month Contract to Hire (right now contract until EOY into 2026 and plan to convert in 2026)
Location: Charlotte, NC, or St Louis, MO
Pay Rate: 33-38/hr
Interview Process: 1 round interview w/ multiple managers on it
Must Haves:
1-2 years' experience as a Billing Analyst/Business Analyst
Strong Attention to Detail, Strong Work Ethic
Knowledge of SQL
Plusses:
Telecommunications Experience
Product Catalog Experience (CSG, ICOMS, AMDOCs, Siebel)
Day-to-Day:
Insight Global is hiring for a Billing Analyst to join their Billing Design Team to sit onsite in either Charlotte, NC or St. Louis, MO for a large, telecommunication company. This person will be working within the internal product catalog and marketing worksheets to help navigate business requirements. This analyst will be assisting with the Siebel catalog work from an offer and service code setup and configuration perspective. Furthermore, they will also be working closely the implementation team and all levels of management. The ideal candidate will have experience working within a telecommunications environment, CSG knowledge, and strong attention to detail. This team sits 4 days onsite in Maryland Heights, MO and 1 day remote.
