Variable Pay Range:
$52.64 - $85.89 Differentials/Premiums:
The provider in this position provides medical care to patients in a hospital based outpatient clinic. Must demonstrate a high level of expertise in diagnosis and treatment of adult and pediatric patients. Often meets with family members to discuss care plans and other medical treatment issues. Characterized by an increased complexity of clinical decision-making ability. Education
Graduate of a physician assistant program and certified by WA State OR Master of Science in Nursing, Masters of Nursing, or equivalent Nurse Practitioner Degree Maintains appropriate Continuing Medical Education credits per Washington State and OMC Medical Staff requirements. Experience
2 years prior experience preferred as an Advanced Practice Clinician preferred, but not required. Licensure/Credentials
Current Washington State RN Licensure and current Washington State ARNP licensure with prescriptive authority in Washington State OR Current Washington State PA-C licensure and prescriptive authority Maintains current DEA registration. Maintains current BLS certification. Maintains appropriate privileges and membership on the OMC Medical Staff. Licensure/credentials must allow provider to treat patients of all ages. Qualifications
Advocates for patient-centered care. Highly skilled in effective interpersonal communication and diplomatic relations with public, patients, nursing staff, supervisors and coworkers. Consistently demonstrates ability to respond to changing situations in a flexible manner. Benefits Information:
