Capital Management Manager

The Capital Management Manager will conduct analysis and provide support in the planning, monitoring, and execution of the capital management and stress testing initiatives. The incumbent will carry out the defined processes associated with capital forecasts and scenario analysis across Citizens, providing recommendations, in collaboration with the manager, that are in line with the risk appetite. Primary responsibilities include: Work with Capital Management team to perform in-depth financial modeling and analysis of strategic investments and work collaboratively across the organization. Conduct research and analyses of industry and peer bank data; staying up to date on peer activities including financial results, acquisition related activities, and capital actions. Effectively communicate the results of modeling to key decision makers and senior management. Understand changing regulatory capital framework and its impact on the business, including the management of capital, also in consideration of liquidity, stress testing, and strategic planning. Assist in driving process improvements working with internal and external technology partners. Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials: 2-3+ years of experience in financial analysis and data analytics. Strong intellectual curiosity and exceptional analytical skills. Competent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex topics simply and concisely. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Preferred experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI and Tableau. Preferred experience using large data sets and solid database management skills.
