Accounts Payable Temp
Location: Irvine, CA (100% Onsite), Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Duration: 1-3 months (possible extension) Salary: $27-$30/hour We are seeking a temporary experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join a lighting company onsite in Irvine, CA. This is a short-term assignment with the possibility of extension. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with NetSuite and Excel. Key Responsibilities: Assist with domestic and international accounts payable processing Handle various administrative tasks within the accounting department Research and resolve account discrepancies Process invoices accurately and timely Perform account reconciliation Support A/R activities as needed Minimum Qualifications: Associate's degree in accounting or related field preferred Minimum of 5+ years of relevant accounting or accounts payable experience Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Experience with accounting software such as NetSuite or SAP (we are transitioning systems soon) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information If you meet these qualifications and are interested in the role, please apply to be considered.
