General Production Worker

You will be responsible for operating and monitoring the foam pouring equipment to ensure the production of high-quality foam products. Your role will involve adjusting machine settings, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring the consistency and quality of the foam produced. Responsibilities

Operate and monitor foam pouring equipment. Adjust machine settings to ensure optimal production. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment. Inspect foam products for consistency and quality. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow safety protocols and procedures. Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets. Essential Skills

Mechanical aptitude. Ability to use a tape measure. Basic math and reading skills. Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus. Strong attention to detail and quality. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to lift and move heavy materials as required. Additional Skills & Qualifications

The work hours are from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with two breaks. Employees are expected to arrive 5 minutes early for a mandatory meeting at 7:00 AM. The first 3 weeks will involve intensive training, including shadowing and observing, depending on how quickly the job is learned. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Mansfield, Massachusetts. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
