What You Will Do: Handle Preventative Maintenance calls in residential plumbing systems Installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems and fixtures which will include toilet replacements, faucet replacements, water heater replacements, soldering, and common plumbing repairs. Inspecting and testing plumbing systems for safety, functionality, water quality, and code compliance in residential. Handling customer queries, troubleshooting/resolving problems, responding to call-outs, and preparing cost estimates. What We Need From You: 1+ years of residential plumbing experience minimum Knowledge of plumbing codes and safety procedures Experience managing a fleet vehicle and product inventory Must pass a motor vehicle & background check and drug screen Superb customer service skills, honesty, dependability, and reliability Physical dexterity
