Production Operator
Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be part of the operations team supporting the production process. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork skills, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Production Operator Location: Darien, WI Pay Range: $22.56 per hour Shift: 1st shift - Monday to Friday, 7am-3pm; overtime may be required What's the Job? Handle and maintain the flow of materials and products from the warehouse to manufacturing areas according to established guidelines. Load materials onto machines, package finished products, and cut cores as part of the production process. Utilize scanning tools for recording the movement of incoming and outgoing materials (RF Scanning). Operate motorized and non-motorized material handling equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area while performing other assigned duties. What's Needed? Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the day. High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred. Willingness to work overtime as needed, including weekdays and weekends.
