Athletic Coach - High School Girls Junior Varsity (JV) Basketball
The Athletic Coach is responsible for leading a team of student athletes, developing and implementing training programs, and promoting a culture of excellence within the athletic department. This individual will work closely with the Director of Athletics to achieve program goals, maintain a safe and supportive environment for student-athletes, and adhere to school policies and regulations. Duties & Responsibilities include: Instruction and Leadership, Program Development, Game Strategy, Off-Season Workouts, Staff Management, Equipment Maintenance, Record Keeping, Health and Safety, Student Supervision, Reporting and Communication, Family Communication, Problem Reporting, Policy Enforcement, and Transportation. Qualifications include: Education and Experience, Physical Requirements.
