Job Title: Salesforce Developer Requires the services of a Specialist in the roles of a Salesforce Developer that will design, develop, test, and deploy customized Child Welfare solutions within the Salesforce platform. This position involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translating them into scalable technical solutions for the Child Welfare program. The candidate must have expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem, including customizing and configuring Salesforce to meet business needs, developing Apex code, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and integrations with other systems. The responsibilities include: Coding and developing solutions using Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. Customizing Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and platform features. Integrating Salesforce with other systems and ensuring seamless data flow. Performing testing, debugging, deployment, and documentation of solutions. Collaborating with analysts, project managers, and end-users to gather requirements. Monitoring and supporting production applications for performance and security. Staying updated on Salesforce releases and best practices. Required skills include: 7+ years experience with Lightning component development, Apex, and Salesforce integrations. 3+ years experience with Visualforce and data migrations.
