Machine Operator

We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and troubleshooting machines, ensuring the highest quality of production in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

Participate in team meetings each morning to receive assigned duties. Operate and troubleshoot machines efficiently. Maintain a clean and sanitized work area. Assist in batch mixing as needed. Perform any other tasks assigned. Essential Skills

Experience in food manufacturing. Proficiency in machine operation or mixing/blending in a food setting. Ability to read and interpret English accurately. Strong interpersonal skills. Capability to wear all required PPE, including hair and beard nets. Additional Skills & Qualifications

Familiarity with production processes. Experience in inspection and quality control in food production. Why Work Here?

Located in Fairfield, OH, this role offers a choice between 2nd shift (2pm-10pm) and 3rd shift (10pm-6am), Monday through Friday. The work environment requires wearing proper PPE, including hair and beard nets, and is focused on maintaining cleanliness and sanitation. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cincinnati, Ohio. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
