Global Programs Data Scientist
We are looking to hire a FT Global Programs Data Scientist at our corporate offices in Provo, Utah. About the Role We're looking for a highly analytical and forward-thinking Global Programs Data Scientist to join our team. In this role, you'll work with large datasets and advanced modeling techniques to uncover business opportunities, develop new incentive strategies, and support CRM initiatives. With minimal direction, you'll deliver insights that influence decision-making across global teams, driving improved performance and business growth. What You'll Do Build and optimize queries across large data platforms to support ad hoc analytics, statistical analysis, and modeling. Perform in-depth data exploration, including A/B and multivariate testing, to validate hypotheses and support strategic decisions. Conduct distributor-level research to identify high-impact business-building attributes. Translate data into actionable insights and communicate findings to senior leadership. Forecast revenue and key performance indicators by market to support business planning. Develop and implement targeting models (e.g., response rates, propensity to buy, attrition, customer lifetime value). Design and deploy predictive models that inform CRM strategies such as upsell, cross-sell, customer acquisition, and retention. Evaluate the profitability and risk dynamics of CRM initiatives using quantitative analysis. Stay current with emerging modeling techniques, tools, and technologies to drive continuous improvement. Requirements Education:
Master's degree in Statistics, Finance, Business, or a related field. Experience:
46 years of experience in advanced analytics, data science, or predictive modeling. Strong background in hypothesis testing, data mining, and statistical modeling. Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools, and statistical programming languages (e.g., Python, R). Proven ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations. Experience working with CRM systems, customer behavior data, or marketing analytics is a plus. Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a global environment.
