Facility: Sanford Med Ctr Fargo Location: Fargo, ND Address: 5225 23rd Ave S, Fargo, ND 58104, USA Shift: 12 Hours - Rotating Shifts Job Schedule: Full time Weekly Hours: 36.00 Salary Range: $32.00 - $48.00 Every 3rd weekend & holiday; days/nights This position will be eligible for additional night and weekend differential pay. Applicable experience would be reviewed and factored into any potential offer. Various growth opportunities available within this position and Sanford. $10,000 sign-on bonus with commitment for eligible applicants. One year of RN experience required. Sanford interns & practicum students may be considered. Role Requirements

Plans and coordinates patient care, assessment, education, triage and various other nursing interventions. Collaborates with colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement and evaluate care. Empathetically cares for patients during all stages of preventive services, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up along the continuum of care. Demonstrates competency and uses comprehensive nursing expertise. Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited nursing program required, including, but not limited to, American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA). Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred. Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications. Benefits
