Professional attitude: Display courtesy and respect toward coworkers, supervisors, and the public. Dependability: Arrive on time, prepared for each shift, with a willingness to work nights, weekends, overtime, and travel to various worksites as needed. Outdoor endurance: Tackle tasks in all kinds of weatherhot, cold, rainy, or shine. Minimum age: At least 18 years old, for safety requirements. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required.
