You will perform financial data entry and research using various financial programs; You will examine financial documents for accuracy, adequacy of documentation, compliance with regulations for goods and services provided to or by the government; You will be the Time and Attendance Administrator ensuring proper entry and certification bi-weekly; You will work in support of the receipt, disbursement, examination, deposit and custody of cash items; You will perform technician work in support of budget analysis and administration such as maintain ledgers, budget formulation, compiling, consolidating, checking and arranging funding data. This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time. Qualifications: For GS-08: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Ensure purchase card expenditures are proper, valid, and audit ready; 2) Execute employee entry, exit, and bi-weekly reports in financial systems/databases to ensure personnel are properly paid and is audit ready; 3) Create and reviewing travel authorizations, amendments, and vouchers to ensure compliance with travel instructions, laws, regulations and directives and; 4) Perform financial data entry and research using various financial programs for leadership/supervisors. For GS-07: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Researching and applying travel regulations to ensure accurate travel authorization and voucher processing; 2) Performing and verifying arithmetical computations to determine travel claims and records are accurate, reviewing receipts for accuracy, and completing reports accurately and timely; 3) Creating and reviewing travel authorizations, amendments, and vouchers to ensure compliance with travel instructions, laws, regulations and directives and; 4) Communicating orally to share information related to travel.
