Job Opportunity: Market Researcher

Insight Global is seeking a Market Researcher to join a consumer-facing team that collaborates cross-functionally with multiple internal and external stakeholders. This role will be designing and executing custom research to influence business, product, and marketing teams. The team is seeking someone who is passionate about digging into data, providing actionable insights through conducting research and analysis, and being the advocate for the customer's perspective. On a day-to-day basis, candidates will be working within a collaborative Market Research team to conduct quantitative and some qualitative research, partnering with teams that focus on Promotions, Advertisements, Pricing, and Consumer Communications to do end-to-end research and insights, as well as doing advertising and copy testing. Being able to translate research findings into digestible decks and narrate the understandings to partners is super important for the role, as well as being able to collaborate but also be comfortable working independently. This role requires someone to have done similar activities hands-on to execute on research tasks, rather than just have overseen these activities in previous job responsibilities. Skills and Requirements: 5+ years of experience in a B2C Market Research or Insights role Hands-on experience with quantitative research (segmentation, concept testing, pricing analysis, advanced analysis) Experience doing copy testing and advertisement testing Knowledge in Communications and Brand environments Advanced with executing surveys, running and analyzing data, writing reports, and presenting to stakeholders Eager to work in a fast-paced environment and take initiative Technology or telecommunications background We are an equal employment opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters.
