Citigroup's Capital Management organization is responsible for the firm's capital management and capital planning activities across the full range of operating environments. These activities are essential to determining Citi's target capital levels, dividends and share buybacks, Risk Weighted Asset levels and reported capital ratios. The Capital Management team coordinates the quarterly multi-year multi-scenario forecasting cycles and assists with annual CCAR/DFAST submissions to Citi's prudential regulators. A critical element to the end-to-end forecasting process is the capture, aggregation and reporting of forecasted results across Core and Sensitivity scenarios on the Strategic Financial Resource Management platform. The Forecast Aggregation Vice President will report to the Head of Capital Plan Production and Policy. The VP will support the quarterly production aggregation and reporting process, as well as ongoing enhancement efforts. The VP will be responsible for defining and documenting QMMF and reporting processes and required controls. The VP will specify and test enhancements to the SFRM platform, in support of the QMMF and Operating Plan change agendas. The role will provide exposure to financial and regulatory forecasting and will partner with colleagues across Finance, Risk and Technology. The ability to work under pressure to meet compressed deadlines and excellent interpersonal skills are required given the interaction with firm-wide stakeholders and the frequency and intensity of our Production responsibilities. Additionally, this role requires a 'control mindset', strong project leadership and excellent communication. Production Responsibilities Support quarterly QMMF cycle forecasting efforts on the SFRM platform in Production Coordinate and track workstream forecast submissions and provide cycle configuration guidance to SFRM Production Services. Execute first line of defense controls to ensure completeness and accuracy of reported information and work with SFRM Technology and forecasting workstreams to resolve issues. Document reporting assumptions/decisions and control results Provide status of the production activities and any open Production issues. Off-cycle Responsibilities Work with the SFRM business/product owners to identify areas for improvement within QMMF aggregation and forecast reporting processes. Identify, propose and implement control enhancements within QMMF Aggregation and Reporting, driving changes through the assessment and control lifecycles. Collaborate with Technology to specify prioritized SFRM enhancements, define and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Enhance QMMF cycle policies and procedures. Qualifications 7-10 years' proven experience in financial services, ideally supporting Capital Stress Testing, Financial / Regulatory Reporting, Financial Control, or similar functions. Knowledge of financial reporting (Balance Sheet, P&L, RWA). Strong MS Excel. Strong project management skill and attention to detail. Some experience partnering with Technology on software enhancements. Excellent communication and presentation skill.
