As an FSQA Technician, you'll be on the front line of ensuring the safety and quality of our food products. Your work will directly impact our compliance with USDA/HACCP standards, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. Whether you're conducting audits on the floor or investigating product incidents, your attention to detail and ownership mindset will drive continuous improvement and protect our brand's reputation. Monitor USDA, HACCP, and sanitation regulations through pre-op and operational inspections Drive incident and complaint investigations, collaborating with cross-functional teams Execute FSQA policies and ensure quality standards are met across departments Balance 80% hands-on work on the production floor with 20% admin and reporting duties Clear growth path: 3-month onboarding ? 6-month review with raise potential ? 12-month review with raise potential High-impact role that keeps you engaged through cross-functional collaboration and visible results Autonomy and support
leadership gives you space to lead your work, with guidance when needed 2nd Shift schedule (3:00 PM- 11:30 PM) 12 years of experience in food safety or quality (degree in Bio/Chem/Food Science a plus) Strong communication and collaboration skills
you'll be working with multiple departments daily Detail-oriented with follow-through
you own your tasks and see them through Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HACCP and SAP experience are nice to have Success in this role means becoming a trusted SME in your area within your first year.
