Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara is looking for a Villa Attendant Self Inspector. Playing a pivotal role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment with responsibilities including cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms, replenishing supplies, and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness. What you will do: Read and understand the work report/room assignment sheet. Pick up and ensure housekeeping cleaning supplies are adequately and properly stocked. Clean, dust, sanitize, supply and self-inspect all guest rooms. Keep corridors clean, neat, and free of debris in assigned areas and as assigned by management and in accordance with Residence Club standards. Inspect all VIP and Special Attention rooms very carefully, ensuring that all special requests and amenities are completed. Make beds and vacuum floors in a guest room. Handle "Do Not Disturb" rooms and any call backs promptly. Retrieve and maintain the linen closet in a clean, neat, and orderly fashion. Maintain pars established in all guest rooms for linens, supplies and furniture. Restock armories with all necessary supplies and equipment at the end of a shift. Remove, when necessary, room service dishes to the service area. Notice and report any damage or repairs needed in assigned areas. Assume possession of Residence Club pass keys during a shift and keep them secure. What you bring: Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language. Previous hospitality housekeeping experience.
