Global Client Change Leader is a strategic role within the global securities services client organization to deliver and execute client change program across securities services predominantly custody and funds businesses. Job Background / Context: Citi is driving a period of sustained change in a complex and challenging market environment. This role entails leading one of the major initiatives in securities services business to drive our strategic client change agenda. The role will lead the future state of client change by digitizing the current processes, establishing a disciplined approach and commercializing end to end client change delivery. Client Change Leader will partner with key stakeholders in product, operations, technology and client organization to help standardize, digitize, and commercialize client change from the outset to create capacity and help reduce redundant, manual processes. Principal Accountabilities: Lead client change management as a strategic initiative for the business partnering with key stakeholders in operations, technology, and client organization. Take ownership for delivering a consistent change delivery model globally across custody and funds businesses/clients leveraging technology. Reinforce commercial discipline and manage a consolidated global change portfolio in line with p&l principles. Drive adoption of digital technology and optimize end to end process flow across all geographies and businesses to enhance client experience. Partner with technology, operations, client teams and product to prioritize change projects and strategic client deliverables. Create a robust MIS discipline globally to across all key business drivers of cost, recovery, ops and tech resource deployment, p&l, and client experience. Manage the strategic program within the allocated resources and budget. Skills: Robust working knowledge of custody and funds services business across all functional aspects in particular funds operations. Proven experience in delivering strategic, complex client projects with Agile tech collaborating with internal and external senior stakeholders. Strong client, communication, teamwork, presentation and coaching skills. Strong ability to establish, build and maintain strong effective working relationships at all levels across the organization. Proven experience using modern technology, architecture and infrastructure. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well part of virtual teams to deliver on strategic outcomes. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. Education: Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred.
