In this role, you'll take on a variety of office responsibilities while directly supporting the public with professionalism, tact and diplomacy. What You'll Do: Welcome and assist clients in person and over the phone with a friendly and respectful approach Use Microsoft Office and department-specific software to manage records and complete daily tasks Scan, file, search, and update charts and recordsensuring complete accuracy Verify insurance coverage, referrals, and vaccination records. Be a high school graduate or have a certificate of successful completion of the General Educational Development (GED) Test. 2. Have had at least two (2) years of full-time clerical work experience. 3. Pass the total examination, including the employment medical, established for this classification. 4. Successfully complete the six (6) month probationary period. Must submit to immunizations as required by the Department of Health & Human Services and to periodic tuberculin skin tests or chest x-rays at County expense. USD $39,314.00 - USD $52,674.00 /Yr.
