The Loan Funding Analyst is responsible for supporting complex and/or specialized functions within the Treasury operation and maintains a working knowledge and ability to carry out essential duties of a Funding Specialist. Job Responsibilities

Maintain current knowledge of CrossCountry Mortgage ("CCM") policies and procedures as they relate to documents and funding. Work with and fund complex and specialty loan requests. Oversee daily execution of Closing Agent verification tasks including managing incoming requests for decision. Perform as Subject Matter Expert (SME) to funding team and enterprise around Closing Agent process and results. Engage field staff to research and resolve inquiries from the funding mailbox such as loan verification or modification requests. Facilitate return wire requests and follow up. Take on traditional loan funding requests. Provide supplemental support to Treasury operations leaders when necessary. Maintain familiarity with residential mortgage documents. Support the processing of investor payoffs through accurate and timely supplemental assistance. Qualifications and Skills

Associate's degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in a documentation role or department, preferred. Working knowledge of Encompass. Knowledge of documentation requirements for Closing Agents. Excellent attention to detail and prioritization skills.
