As a member of the Banking & Lending team, the individual will support Private Advisors on navigating the firm's suite of cash management & lending capabilities. The individual will work primarily on incoming lending requests from clients, existing platform metrics and Advisor book opportunities. Responsibilities

Partner with Private Advisors to identify strategic cash management and lending opportunities within their business toward achieving a holistic approach in wealth planning for their clients. Contribute toward the growth and expansion of the banking and lending platform through development of internal capabilities as well as enhancements with third-party relationships. Contribute towards the organic growth of the lending platform by building product awareness & understanding among Private Advisor's & Client Associates. Work together with product partners within the firm to further enhance & expand platform capabilities available to Advisors and Clients. Assist in the transition process for incoming Private Advisor teams by analyzing suitable lending solutions and creating a streamlined approach customized for each team during the transition process. Focus on horizontal connectivity within the firm to drive organic growth & uncover new opportunities by bringing other product areas together. Leverage their knowledge and awareness of the competitive environment in discussion with Private Advisors and clients of the firm. Develop marketing material and field-facing educational resources. Qualifications

7+ years experience in wealth management services with a focus on cash management and lending exposure Credit knowledge within UHNW lending solutions preferred Bachelor's degree required Series 7 & 63 preferred or willingness to obtain Skills

Knowledge of cash management & lending products within Wealth Management environment Strong interpersonal skillset Collaborative and able to work cross-functionally with teams across RCM Proficient in Microsoft programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) Compensation Range

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $140,000 to $150,000. Base salary for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. In addition, this role may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
