Position Overview This role provides comprehensive functional support for Workday, encompassing business process configuration, ongoing maintenance, and critical annual processes such as open enrollment, performance management, and compensation administration. The position also supports reporting, analytics, and system enhancements as needed. Key Responsibilities Partner with the Benefits team to lead the configuration, testing, and implementation of the annual open enrollment process, including updates to the Benefits and Pay Hubs. Provide continuous support for the HCM and Payroll systems through configuration, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting. Serve as a key functional and technical resource, translating business needs into effective processes, reports, dashboards, hubs, and analytics that drive efficiency. Manage day-to-day system troubleshooting and issue resolution. Investigate root causes and own problem resolution while identifying opportunities to enhance compliance, accuracy, and operational efficiency. Monitor and maintain system data integrity through regular audits and transaction analyses. Recommend, document, and implement process improvements to ensure consistent and accurate data usage. Collaborate with the team on bi-annual system releases and reconfigurations. Support the HR team in understanding new features and evaluating their applicability. Assist with configuration and testing activities. Develop and maintain user documentation, guidelines, and procedures. Facilitate training sessions to educate HR and end-users on new system functionalities and processes. Uphold the companys commitment to safeguarding system integrity and confidentiality of sensitive data. Qualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. Minimum of 5 years experience as an HR systems analyst or business analyst. Proven experience managing and configuring multiple Open Enrollment cycles is
required . Prior functional or technical leadership experience during Workday implementations. In-depth expertise with Workday HR systems, including advanced report creation (composite, matrix, trending reports) and dashboard development. Strong knowledge of Workday data structures, data sources, and calculated fields. Thorough understanding of Workday business processes and functionality. Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively manage multiple projects, and navigate ambiguity with clarity. Exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. Successful completion of background check and drug screening required. Seniority level
