Employment Type: Part Time Department: Clinical Decisions Unit Hours/Pay Period: 48 The posted compensation range of $30.00 - $43.05 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law. Responsibilities: Ability to successfully deliver custom care to 4-6 patients per shift Deliver quality patient care in a fast-paced critical setting Excel coordinating care for multiple patients at a time Great time management skills; maximizing slow periods to complete tasks during your shift Qualifications: Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited program Active Registered Nursing License in Tennessee or eNLC licensure with multistate privileges in good standing with the Tennessee Board of Nursing Basic Life Support (BLS) ACLS within 6 months of hire Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Previous nursing experience in acute care, urgent care, primary care CHI Memorial, a member of CommonSpirit, is an award-winning, not-for-profit, faith-based health care organization dedicated to the healing ministry of Jesus Christ.
