The Role We're seeking an experienced Environmental ComplianceProjectManager with5-8years of industry experience to join our growing teamin our Long Beach, CA office. This role bridges technical expertise withstrong project management skillswith a focus on developingleadership capabilities, allowing you to both lead projects and contribute to our company's growth. You'll manage key client relationships, oversee compliance initiatives, and serve as a technical mentor toEHS Specialists while working alongside senior leadership to develop service offerings. What You'll Do Lead complex environmental compliance projects for diverse clients, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements from EPA, DTSC, local CUPAs, Fire departments, Water boards, and other agencies Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on environmental compliance matters Analyze regulation changes and enforcement trends to help shape our service offerings and communicate impacts to clients Prepare comprehensive environmental reports, permit applications, and compliance documentation Mentor and guide junior specialists while supporting their professional development Conduct employee training sessions and compliance audits for client companies Manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new service opportunities and supporting proposaldevelopment. What You Bring 5-8years of experience in environmental consulting or related industry Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Chemistry, or related field (Master'sdegree a plus) Strong knowledge of California EH&S regulationsincludingair quality, hazardous materials/waste, stormwater and wastewaterand health & safetycompliance with expertise in at least one field.
