Location: Terrell, Texas Project Duration: 23 Months (Contract) Pay rate: $20.00/hr Provide Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Respond to escalations from L1 support, ensuring quick resolution of user and system issues. Troubleshoot and support end-user devices, including PCs, printers, and other peripherals.
