Lexington, Kentucky CHI Saint Joseph Health System The Navigator RN plays a crucial role in developing and designing cardiovascular and thoracic service line care delivery. This position utilizes an interdisciplinary approach to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality care. The Navigator RN assists patients in developing realistic care goals to optimize function postoperatively and develops continuing education offerings for patients, staff, physician offices, and other providers. The role also involves working with multiple databases, accreditations, registries, and navigating data and outcomes to expand the cardiovascular and thoracic services within Saint Joseph Healthcare.
