The Cabinet Director
Northern California is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the Divisions cabinet business. This position will lead cross-functional operational teams including scheduling, order processing, installation, and warehouse management to ensure flawless execution, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. The Director will manage the Divisions P&L, aligning operational performance with strategic and financial objectives. This role will partner closely with commercial leadership to ensure operational readiness and delivery excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead all operational functions for the Northern California cabinet business, including scheduling, order processing, installation, and warehouse operations. Own and manage the P&L, ensuring revenue, margin, and cost targets are met or exceeded. Develop and execute operational strategies that support business efficiency, and quality objectives. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards. Drive continuous improvement in operational processes, systems, and performance metrics. Partner with procurement, supply chain, and vendor teams to optimize material availability and inventory control. Lead, mentor, and develop operational leadership and frontline teams, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and excellence. Collaborate with sales leadership to forecast operational demand, align resources, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery to customers. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data to drive decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement. Represent the Northern California cabinet operations in executive and cross-functional meetings, providing insight into performance, risks, and opportunities. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Construction Management or related field; MBA preferred. 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or related industries. Proven experience managing a P&L with full financial accountability. Strong background in operational process improvement, scheduling, logistics, and installation oversight. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead large, diverse teams. Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data for operational and strategic decision-making. Proven ability to work cross-functionally and build strong partnerships across all levels of the organization. Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding operational and financial targets.
