Northrop Grumman is seeking an Associate Property and Asset Management Analyst to join our team. This position will be located at our Aeronautics Systems sector in San Diego, CA (Rancho Bernardo). The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman's Business Management group. Roles and Responsibilities to include but not limited to: Tag and identify newly acquired Customer and Company assets in accordance with procedures, and government regulations. Create and maintain property accountability records, correspondence and reports as required. Work with property focal points to ensure accountability and identification of assets. Provide guidance on government regulations and contracts pertaining to property life cycle management. Perform internal and contractor self-assessment audits, and physical inventories. Provide various ad hoc asset reports, and additional assignments that may assist other team members as necessary. Basic Qualifications an Associate Property and Asset Management Analyst (A01): Be completing or has completed their Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution by December 2025. Be majoring in or having majored in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics or other business degree. Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite) as well as Program Special access within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite). Final approved U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite) as well as Program Special Access may be required to start. Relevant property management experience including but not limited to the following: Experience with processing documents for inventory, material handling, shipping and receiving. Preferred Qualifications: Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.25/4.0 or higher Previous internship/co-op or other work experience, leadership & teamwork, capabilities, interpersonal communication skills, and activities Microsoft Office skills, including Excel formulas, pivot tables and PowerPoint. Familiar with SAP/S4 Pay Range: $55,600.00 - $83,400.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
