As a Service Coordinator Lead, you'll provide high-impact, person-centered support to individuals experiencing homelessness or behavioral health challenges. You'll lead a dedicated team making a real difference every day and help develop strategic solutions that create lasting, positive changes. Our ideal candidate will bring strong decision-making, adaptability, innovation, strategic agility, teamwork, effective communication, and a deep commitment to harm reduction. Experience working with individuals facing physical health challenges, serious mental illness, substance use disorders, or homelessness is highly valued. Key skills include precise documentation, data collection, clinical record maintenance, computer proficiency, and applying a strengths-based, person-centered approach to care. Key Information: Location: 1330 West 26th St, Erie PA (Home office location). Travel within the community required. Schedule: Monday-Friday, daylight hours, generally 8:30a-5p. Occasional weekends to meet program/client need. Potential for on-call. Parking: Free on site at home office location. Milage reimbursement provided for community travel. Dress Code: Business casual. Responsibilities: Lead & support Service Coordinators through supervision, coaching and performance evaluations. Ensure compliance by conducting audits & maintaining adherence to policies & regulations. Oversee referrals, caseload assignments, & review documentation and service plans. Assist with day-to-day program operations, including managing on-call scheduled and handling complaints. Coordinate training needs, participate in hiring and support staff development. Maintain community partnerships & actively contribute to policy development and team meetings. A master's degree in social work, psychology, rehabilitation, activity therapies, counseling, or education AND 3 years of mental health direct care experience. OR a bachelor's degree in sociology, social work, psychology, gerontology, anthropology, history, criminal justice, theology, counseling, education, AND 3 years mental health direct care experience. OR a bachelor's degree in nursing AND 3 years mental health direct care experience. Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances: Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), Comprehensive Crisis Management (CCMC), Driver's License, Act 31 Child Abuse Reporting with renewal, Act 33 with renewal, Act 34 with renewal, Act 73 FBI Clearance with renewal.
