As a Senior Capacity Planner, you will: Develop and manage long-range capacity plans (3 weeks to 104 weeks) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production capabilities with demand signals Analyze data to identify constraints and opportunities across the network Support financial AOP planning and innovation readiness Ensure plans are feasible, cost-effective, and aligned with customer needs Who you will work with... You'll report to a Director within the Capacity Planning team and work closely with: Fellow planners supporting different brands Plant operations, scheduling, and manufacturing teams Sales, demand planning, material planners, and deployment teams External partners and site-level leadership What sets your team apart? What you will bring to the table (Must Have) Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Operations Management, or Business Minimum of 2 years of relevant supply chain experience It would be great if you have (Nice to Have) Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or food industry Background in supply planning, scheduling, materials or demand planning Familiarity with seasonal planning cycles and network optimization Strong communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large datasets Experience with SAP (preferably APO) and capacity planning tools Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $92,100-$132,400. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
