Slot Attendant
HOURLY WAGE + TIPS SUMMARY:
Ensure prompt and courteous service to patrons. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Safeguards Slot Department keys and radios. Assists patrons on the slot floor with minor problems with the machines. Checks in and checks out shift bank. Assists Slot Technicians when requested. Participates in jackpot payouts and fills in accordance with company policies and procedures. Obtains the proper personnel to address patrons' needs. Ensures that jackpot cups are available for patrons. Keeps slot machines and the surrounding areas clean and free of trash, and machines are wiped down. As business requires, a Slot Attendant may be used as a change person. As business requires, a Slot Attendant may be used in a relief capacity for the Slot Shift Manager with temporary badge. Be observant of and report safety and fire hazards. All other duties as assigned (non-gaming functions and issued gaming license permitting). EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or GED preferred. Must enjoy public contact. PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time. Should be able to communicate clearly and well. Must be able to lift 35 lbs. ACCESSIBILITY:
