Senior Program Manager

The Senior Program Manager will oversee complex aerospace programs, ensuring alignment with GE Aerospace's priorities of Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC). This role involves managing cross-functional teams, driving program execution, and delivering results that meet customer and organizational expectations. Role & Responsibilities
Program Leadership: Lead and manage aerospace programs from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to SQDC principles. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams. Project Planning: Develop detailed program plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure program success. Performance Monitoring: Track program progress, report on key metrics, and implement corrective actions as needed. Continuous Improvement: Apply lean principles to optimize program processes and outcomes. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field. A minimum of 8 years of experience in program management. Additional Information: This role requires use of technical data subject to U.S. Government contract restrictions and this posting is only for U.S. Citizens. Ability to sit onsite at the Vandalia, OH facility. No remote option for this role.
