Key Responsibilities: Resident Care: Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care tailored to residents' needs. Medication Administration: Accurately administer medications and treatments per care plans. Collaboration: Work with the interdisciplinary team to create and update care plans. Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care and progress. Leadership: Guide and mentor Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure optimal care. Qualifications: Licensure: Active and valid LPN license Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills. Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care (preferred).
