You won't just be managing spreadsheetsyou'll be helping shape the products our customers see every day. As a Specialist Category (also known as Associate Buyer other places), you'll partner closely with senior leaders to bring product strategies to life, drive sales, and make sure the right items are in the right place at the right time. If you're energized by fast-moving work, strategic decisions, and visible outcomes, this is your runway. Your day consists of: Supporting the Senior Buyer in developing and executing category plans that align with company strategy Managing vendor relationships, product set-ups, POs, and promotional materials Monitoring sales performance, planograms, and inventory flow for assigned categories Tracking competitive assortments and helping adjust strategy accordingly Communicating with stores and cross-functional teams on product launches, merchandising updates, and promotional activity Supporting grand openings with purchasing, visual execution, and setup coordination You'll be supported with: Bonus & career advancement opportunities at every level Programs like 401K with discretionary company match, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, and Referral Bonus Program Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and other Insurance Plans (subject to eligibility criteria) Work-life balance: A personal holiday Volunteer Time Off program that starts on Day 1 You'll be successful with: 2+ years in merchandising, buying, planning, or inventory management A sharp eye for detail and strong skills in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.) A natural ability to stay organized and juggle moving parts with speed and clarity Comfort in cross-functional collaboration, from store teams to external vendors An analytical mindset with a feel for both numbers and trends Confidence in your communicationwritten, verbal, and visual Working conditions (travel, hours, environment): Limited travel required by air and car travel The noise level in this work environment is typically quiet to moderate. Ability to exert 10 - 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
