If so, this Sales Service Analyst opportunity might be the perfect fit for you! Farm Bureau Financial Services is seeking a Sales Service Analyst to join our team. In this role, you'll lead testing efforts, troubleshoot system incidents, and support the design and delivery of contest and incentive programs that reward our field force. What You'll Do: Lead testing of incentive programs, including scenario creation, execution, and reporting of results. Troubleshoot incidents, document findings, and collaborate with IT to resolve issues and implement preferred solutions. Document and sign off on test scenarios and results, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness. Participate in project planning, requirement gathering, and release coordination for contest-related initiatives. Deliver system change demonstrations and training to the contest team and other stakeholders. Process month-end inventive results, verifying data accuracy and system performance. Provide backup support for monthly updates to corporate contest information and ensure timely, accurate publication on Homefield. What It Takes to Join Us: Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/work experience required. Insurance industry experience preferred Strong general math, analytical, and problem-solving skills Experience with XML and SQL preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Adobe). Ability to manage multiple projects, acting independently with accountability and strong attention to detail Excellent written and communication skills Experience with agile development methodologies like Scrum or Kanban preferred What We Offer You: When you're on our team, you get more than a paycheck.
