The Lead, Program Management position will be the central leader for the program team. This role will manage large, complex project initiatives of substantial importance to the organization with minimal oversight or direction. Responsibilities include: Directs all phases of assigned programs from inception through completion. Leads the negotiation of new contracts and amendments to existing contracts. Acts as primary point of contact with customers for program activities and leading program review sessions. Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills along with proven team building experience. Able to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance. Ability to travel 25% of the time. Education and experience requirements include: Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 9 years of prior related program management experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related program management experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related technical and program management experience. Requirement to obtain and maintain DoD Secret Clearance within 1 yr. from date of hire. Must be a US Citizen. Preferred additional skills include: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Fluent with Costpoint ERP/MRP. Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background. Active DoD Secret Clearance. In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $125,000-232,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
