What We Need We are looking for a Strategic Consulting Services Manager to join Element Fleet Management. Are You: A strategic account manager with experience aligning to complex and visible accounts? Able to lead and manage large cross-functional strategic projects that help contribute to the organization? As the Strategic Consulting Services Manager, you will be working with our mid-to high complex clients to provide industry intelligence and best practices to improve and take their fleet programs to the next level. By using our data and analytics tools in combination with our client's business goals, the manager leads the consultants to engage early and work with our Commercial Fleet Partnership and Account Manager's to build proposals that exceed our clients' expectations. The Manager delivers top quality services to drive Element growth to be a top leader in the industry. A Day In The Life Partner with leaders across the organization for opportunities to improve the SCS experience both internally and externally Be seen as a leader within SCS through regular engagement, thought leadership, and extolling Element values Engage in leadership training Mentoring/Coaching of less experienced team members which may include direct reporting relationships of associates and consultant levels Report to VP and Directors on progress on critical projects Presenting at conferences as a thought leader/subject matter expert Collaborate with Element team members to define growth strategies and provide required analytic support Maintain regular interaction to proactively identify new savings or other opportunities for the customers that you support Conduct thorough and detailed analyses using client data, benchmarking data, and decision support models Participate in prospect and customer meetings and prepare customer presentations and tool demos Develop, quantify, and communicate cost saving strategies for prospects, which will often require you to analyze 3rd party data which may be incomplete or unstructured Requirements Bachelor degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or other business-related curriculum; Master's Degree and 6+ years of work experience including, but not limited to: Direct Sales, Risk, Finance, Audit, and/or Sales Database management experience preferred 2 years of sales experience (or a minimum of 2 years of transactional experience in financial services) a plus 8 years of Financial analysis/modeling experience Comprehensive knowledge of industry-related risk, tax, operational fields Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Clickview, Spotfire, PowerBI) The hiring base salary range for this position is

to

annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual's knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
