The Operations Specialist will be trained in all functions of the company's operations and will provide coverage and offer support as needed. Position Responsibilities
The Operations Specialist will be trained in all functions of the company's operations. The individual must develop skills and maintain a proficient working knowledge of operational processes and procedures. Provide support in operational departments to cover staff vacancies, leaves, periodic customer surge requirements. Offer other support as needed. Qualifications
Preferred candidates will have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED. Candidates must be computer literate, have strong organizational skills, be able to effectively prioritize, have time management, and possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Have customer service experience (Preferred) Must have a Valid Drivers License. At least 3 years operations support. DCI Benefits
