Four Seasons at The Surf Club Enhance the residential experience by ensuring seamless exceptional service delivery, fostering a secure and welcoming environment. The Service Lead integrates the roles of doorman/page and runner, ensuring exceptional service delivery and seamless operations within a luxury residential building catering to Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNWIs). What You Will Do

This position is pivotal in providing top-tier assistance, from welcoming residents and guests to managing deliveries and running errands. The Service Lead will respond to all requests in a timely and efficient manner set forth by our core standards. Will be flexible in handling other duties related to Residential Concierge department that will be assigned by the Lead Residential Concierge or the Residential Concierges. What You Bring

Professional and courteous attitude; deals effectively with all levels of internal and external contacts. Experience in luxury hospitality. Fluent English What We Offer
