Be the welcoming face of our hiring process

review applications, connect with promising candidates, and help them start their journey here on a high note through engaging orientation and smooth onboarding experiences. Partner with hiring managers to make sure every new team member feels prepared, informed, and excited to join our mission. Payroll & Employee Support

Play a hands-on role in ensuring accurate payroll by reviewing timesheets, helping staff navigate paystub access, and quickly resolving any payroll hiccups in partnership with our CFO and payroll contacts. Provide friendly, knowledgeable answers to employees' everyday questions on pay, benefits, policies, and processes

making sure our people always feel supported. HR Records & Compliance

Keep our employee records sharp, accurate, and up to date

from contact info to pay rates and job classifications. Protect sensitive information with the highest standards of confidentiality while conducting periodic audits to ensure files are complete and compliant. Culture & Engagement

Help create memorable employee experiences by coordinating special events such as benefits enrollment, recognition celebrations, holiday parties, and all-hands meetings. Support initiatives that strengthen our workplace culture and show appreciation for our team. Administrative & Leadership Support

Provide valuable administrative support to the HR Manager, CEO, and senior leaders

ensuring key projects and daily operations run smoothly. Take on special assignments that allow you to learn, grow, and make a real impact. This list outlines the core responsibilities of the position but is not all-inclusive. Required Skills/Abilities: Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to manage extremely sensitive situations and confidential information with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient with Microsoft programs, including but not limited to outlook, word, excel. Comfortable learning HRIS (human resource information system), and other computer applications. Comfortable with change and developing efficient workflows. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
