In the role of Managing Producer, you will oversee all marketing communication asset development across our interactive initiatives. You will partner with key business stakeholders to define the interactive marketing production roadmap and go-to-market strategy across hardware and services products. The position works cross-functionally to ensure business and creative objectives are clearly defined and executed to achieve desired results. The position oversees the strategy, operations, and execution of integrated marketing deliverables and ensures they are produced on strategy, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities

You will provide leadership of strategic, large-scale initiatives, including production and management of complex scope, business-critical projects, and alignment across large groups. Closely collaborate with a team of cross-functional partners, strategists, brand managers, producers, creatives, partner communications leads, sales, product marketing, and others to plan, create, and deliver work that drives the business. Leads and grows a multidisciplinary team toward desired results. Develop and mentor team to be a strategic leader and build positive relationships. Identify opportunities for innovation and creativity across the team. Remove barriers and help teams to build effective work by providing context and insights throughout the creative process. Build a culture of collaboration across worldwide and international teams and be known as strategic, collaborative, inspiring, and reliable. Create and drive production roadmap, remain solutions oriented while identifying and championing new ways of working to meet the constantly changing product roadmap, stakeholder landscape and evolving business needs. Identify risks and dependencies and take appropriate action to mitigate those risks and manage expectations. Distill and articulate defined business strategy and proposed solutions to the project team. Prioritize work to ensure focus and results. Develop and drive an ongoing measurement plan that can inform the business of opportunity spaces. Minimum Qualifications

10+ years of experience in digital marketing production, with at least two years of demonstrable experience guiding both engineering and creative teams through complex projects. 4 years of experience managing and mentoring a team to shape development plans, define goals, offer inspiration and provide career guidance. Experience working on global brands. Preferred Qualifications

Adapts communications to convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences, from junior producers to senior executives. Analytics mindset and results driven. Ability to deliver results with a can-do attitude when it comes to hitting milestones and meeting deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communicator with great interpersonal and presentation skills. Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $191,400 and $288,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
