A leading clinic within the Thousand Oaks area is looking for a Back Office Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist to join their team!! They are looking for someone who is a great team player and eager to expand on their experience within a multifaceted facility as soon as possible! Must have: MA diploma CPT certification 1 year of working experience as a Medical Assistant Job description: Back office medical assistant who is willing occasionally to be drawing blood. Charting patients and taking vitals. Rooming the patients and setting up their file. Will work with one provider. Obtains all required specimens from inpatients and outpatients of all ages while keeping identification protocols as a high priority. Processes patient specimens including but not limited to registration, test requests, specimen processing of in-house and send out tests, site batches and phone calls of patient results. High volume fast paced multifaceted clinic. Specialties that this clinic services: Internal Medicine Orthopedics Geriatrics Family Practice Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Infertility Experience Level: 1 year working experience Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $25.00/hr.
