Join our team and discover how rewarding your career can be! About the Role: As our Community Relations Director, you'll play a key role in achieving our community's occupancy and financial goals. You'll build strong relationships with prospective residents and referral sources, while developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Create positive, memorable experiences for prospective residents and referral partners Conduct in-home visits, follow up on inquiries through calls and letters, and build strong connections with prospects Provide engaging and informative community tours and oversee the admissions process through to completion Participate in developing and executing quarterly business development plans Manage the facility's inquiry tracking system daily, analyzing referral patterns and conversion rates to inform sales strategies and service improvements Communicate effectively with staff regarding projected move-ins, move-outs, and room changes through daily meetings and other channels Maintain knowledge of federal and state regulations related to acuity levels and licensure Monitor occupancy trends and track conversion ratios Support the Executive Director in promoting a culture of excellent customer service among all staff Ensure compliance with regulations concerning residents' rights Participate in sales training and professional development as needed Benefits We Offer: Competitive Pay Robust Bonus Structure Paid sick leave and vacation Paid Holidays Medical, dental and vision insurance Health and Dependent Care FSA Company paid Basic Life Insurance Voluntary benefits: Life, AD&D, Short-Term Disability, Critical Care & Accident Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) 401K Plan Employee Discount Program Paid Mentorship and professional growth opportunities Employee Referral Bonus Program Pay Rate: $70k-$83k D.O.E.
