Southern Integrated Solutions and Consulting (SISC) is searching for an experienced Electrical Construction Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of industrial electrical construction projects from initiation to closeout. This role requires a highly organized leader with deep technical expertise, a strong understanding of industrial construction processes, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders to ensure safety, quality, budget, and schedule objectives are met. Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of industrial electrical construction projects, from pre-construction through completion. Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans in alignment with client requirements and company objectives. Oversee subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with contract specifications, safety standards, and quality expectations. Collaborate with engineering teams to interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical specifications. Monitor project progress, address challenges proactively, and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong communication and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications

Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 5+ years of experience in industrial electrical construction, with at least 3 years in a project management role. Hard Skills: Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and relevant industrial standards. Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and construction documents. Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar). Budgeting, cost control, and contract administration expertise. Familiarity with construction safety regulations and best practices.
