Machinist Pay Range:

Starting at $28.00/hour

Second Shift Differential:

Additional $2/hour Position Summary:

As a CNC Machinist, you'll set up and operate advanced CNC machines to produce high-quality components. You'll follow production schedules, perform inspections, and contribute to a clean, efficient, and safety-focused workplace. Open to candidates from entry-level trainees to seasoned professionals. Key Responsibilities:

Set up and/or operate CNC machines based on experience level

Read and follow setup sheets, travelers, programs, and blueprints

Perform first-piece and in-process inspections

Adjust tools and offsets to maintain precision and accuracy

Suggest process improvements for quality and efficiency

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Work closely with Quality and Production teams

Complete required documentation for production and inspections What You Bring:

Entry-Level Candidates:

Mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn precision manufacturing

Ability to follow instructions and ask questions to grow your knowledge

Dependability, attention to detail, and willingness to be trained Experienced Machinists:

CNC machining experience, including independent setups and offsets

Strong blueprint reading, GD&T understanding, and measurement skills

Ability to run production independently and assist others when needed Education:

High School Diploma or GED required

Technical/vocational training or machining certifications preferred Benefits Include:
