Business Analyst
to help support their business needs.
The main function of a business analyst is to maintain vendor relationships, acting as an analyst for non-IT projects or filling organizational roles above an administrative level, but below a management level. Other responsibilities may include maintaining all project management processes, including project goals, deadlines, metrics, and budget. The business operations specialist usually reports to a project manager or director.
Responsibilities
Identify process improvement and waste reduction areas Global focus Help manage the implementation of all change requests and enhancements to the Global Warranty Management (GWM) System Managed the sustainability of the GWM system Raise/track/escalate IT tickets to correct identified issues, or implement enhancements Performs other related duties and assignments as required Establish and maintain communication services across business units or from the project team to the organization. Maintain the storage and retrieval of all project communications data and business metrics. Review contracts, cost proposals, and contract supplements. Set up project and work breakdown structures. Establish and document business processes. Track project budgets and expenditures, monitor transaction controls and costs against budgets.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, human resources, or a relevant field is required 0-2 years of related experience required Ability to work off-hours to support Global Business Partners as required Continuous improvement experience is desired Self-starter Automotive knowledge Vehicle dealership experience Knowledge of field service operations, after-sales Ability to manage unique and difficult problems and situations Excellent planning and organizational skills Demonstrated commitment to customer focus Strong analytical ability, communication, and interpersonal skills required to build relationships Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and difficult projects and assignments with a high level of autonomy and accountability Strong oral and written communication skills Strong computer skills
Hours and Location:
Monday - Friday, 40 hours/week Hybrid Role - Warren, MI
